Our approach combines Innovative Design with advanced engineering and platform-driven technologies to deliver fully integrated, future-ready solutions - from intelligent energy management to process automation and real-time data visibility. Whether you're modernizing legacy infrastructure, deploying smart control systems, or embracing Industry 4.0, our solutions are built to align with your goals and exceed your expectations.
Design & Putting into Operation
Extensive Design: Single-line and principle diagrams, relay protection and automation (RPA) system designs, cabling plans and other technical solutions are prepared in accordance with the requirements of the substation.
Regulatory Compliance: Projects are based on national and international (IEC, IEEE, etc.) standards.
Preparation for Operation: The system is ensured to operate flawlessly based on field work, inspection and functional tests.
Fabrication of Control & Protection Panels
Design: Local and remote control panels, protection and alarm panels are produced according to the project specification.
Quality Components: Certified components from Siemens, ABB, Schneider Electric and other reliable manufacturers are used.
Full Assembly and Testing:Each panel is inspected before assembly and delivered to the site after full testing.
Commissioning & Testing
Integration and Commissioning: Parametric commissioning of relays and controllers, timing adjustment and setting of logics.
Functional Tests: CT/VT checks, trip tests, selectivity tests are performed in precise laboratory and field conditions.
Energy Safety: Based on the test results, possible errors in the system are detected and eliminated before operation.
Documentation & Technical Support
Technical Documentation: At each stage of the project, test protocols, relay parameters, diagrams, operating instructions and other technical documents are prepared and submitted to the client.
Certification: The prepared documents meet local and international standards and the documentation process is approved by the supervisory authorities.
Permanent Technical Support: Even after the project is completed, the client is provided with continuous technical support through service contracts, remote support, updates and training.
SCADA Systems Installation & Integration
Control Automation: Real-time control and management is provided through the application of SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems in substations of various voltage levels. Modern and reliable equipment is applied in the SCADA systems installed by us. The following functions are provided through this equipment.
User Interface and Visualization: Easy-to-use, graphic-based screens provide operators with full control over relays, switches, current, voltage, energy consumption and event records. Each measurement and event is archived in the SCADA system and presented in the form of analytical reports.
Protocol Support and Compatibility: IEC 60870-5-104, IEC 60870-5-103, IEC 61850, Modbus TCP/RTU and other industrial protocols are supported. The system is fully compatible with IEDs from various manufacturers.
Local & Top-Level SCADA Control
Local SCADA (local control level):Operators are provided with flexible control and quick intervention through HMI panels or local servers installed inside the substation. At the local level, graphical indicators, event logs and SCADA functions are presented in real time.
Top-Level SCADA (centralized control): Data from various substations are transmitted to the SCADA server located in the central control room via the IEC 60870-5-104 protocol. Here, the overall status of the network is monitored, the energy balance is analyzed and coordinated management of events is carried out. This level is important for the integration of regional and national energy networks.
